My version of the ubiquitous British ‘Brown Sauce’, which is lavishly squirted over everything from English Breakfast to a Haggis Supper. This is a smooth tangy blend of fruits, tamarind, 5 different spices and 'secret sauce' ingredients with none of the corn syrup, thickeners or preservatives in commercial brands.
